Hello, everyone.

What I'm going to talk about today is Famous person who I admire.

I would like to introduce Jae-suk Yoo who is south Korea comedian.
If you like Korean broadcasting, you might already know him.

Let's start with a brief introduction to his history.
He was born in Seoul on August 14, 1972. He's already 50 years old.
His first debut was at the 1991 Comedian College Festival.
And he's been winning the grand prize at the Entertainment Awards for 12 years in a row.
Isn’t it amazing?

 

He has appeared in so many Korean entertainment programs and even released songs.
Among them, if I introduce the program that is currently on air, it is Running Man, You Quiz, Hangout with Yoo and An Excuse.
As I showed you on the screen, Running Man and Infinite Challenge have been broadcast for more than 10 years.

The yellow guy is Jae-suk Yoo.
He's nicknamed the grasshopper, so the dance that he does in this video is called the grasshopper dance.

He is now the most trusted entertainer in Korea and is called Nation’s MC.
He even received an O-visa when he visited the United States in 2010.
O visa is a temporary worker visa granted by the United States to an alien "who possesses extraordinary ability in the arts.

Everyone in Korea likes him. I also admire his consistency and sincerity.
However, there is another personal reason why I admire him.

Now he is a long-loved celebrity, but he has spent eight long years in obscurity.
And when he finally became known, he took a self-camera video to the public in a TV show.

I first discovered this video in 2018. 
At that time, I graduated from a university in Korea. I couldn’t get a job for a year and a half. 
I had an uneasy time due to continuous failure. 
I really want to give up on my goal.

At the end of the video, he says, " I will be a comedian who can take life seriously and make real laughter."
I thought a lot when I saw this video.
Even that person who has already achieved a lot of things still strives for his promises. 
and dreams…
I felt that my two years were not such a long time.I had the courage and strength to try again.
And I decided to be always humble when I achieve my goal in the future

I respect him because he has been my advisor in life during the most difficult times, and he gives me a smile in my daily life through good TV shows.
